For the first 6 months of this year, I worked on a photographic project related to teen pregnancy through an organization called Inwood House. I went many times to visit Victory House, one of the residencies were the young woman live in an 18 month program where they give them the tools to be able to confront life outside their homes where they were not welcome anymore or that the families couldn´t take care of them.
It was a big challenge to approach this teens. Great experience and I made good relationships with some of them.
This image was a part of the Contest made by RMTF (Roberto Mata Taller de Fotografía) in Venezuela, where we had to take one photo a day for 28 days. This one was a group of 13. Thank you for girls for your help!
This is an ongoing project. Still trying to figure out how to go about it for this second part.. Check out the next post.
